These items have not yet been produced and will not go into production until the online store closes. All items will be shipped 17-20 business days after the online store closes. No returns or exchanges. 

In the event an item becomes unavailable from the manufacturer your item could either be switched out for a similar product or you will be refunded for that particular item.
